Updating Legal or Chosen/Preferred Name

Legal Name Change
To change your legal name, a member of your local HR team will need to see a physical copy of a legal document with your new name (Social Security Card, Drivers License, Passport, etc). 

Submit a Ticket and a member of the HR team will reach out to schedule a time to meet to update your name.


Chosen/Preferred Name


Mobile Access:


To update your chosen/preferred name download the ADP app and login to your account. Click on the circle in the upper left hand corner to open the sidebar. Click on "Profile."


                         


On your Profile, click "Personal," then "Personal Information."

    



Click the blue edit pencil next to "Preferred Name." Once you have updated your chosen/preferred name, click "Save."



        


If you need additional help updating your name, please Submit a Ticket. 


Desktop Access:


To change your preferred name Login to ADP (https://workforcenow.adp.comand click on "Myself" > "My Information" > "Profile"



Next, click the white edit pencil in the blue header.


You are then able to update your Preferred or Chosen Name. After updating, click "Save"
