Modified on Thu, 12 Oct, 2023 at 2:56 PM

If you're having trouble logging into apps or websites like ADP even though you are using the correct password, it may be because an old password is stored in your computer or phone's memory and the app/website is auto-filling in your old password.

Mobile Access

In your search engine (chrome, safari, google) search bar type "Google Password Manager" to locate where Google stores your saved usernames and passwords. This will take you to the Password Manager page, sign in to your google account if you are not already.

All of the websites with passwords that you have saved through Google will appear here.

Click on the app/website you would like to update, you can either 'Delete' the password that is saved OR 'Edit' the password to update it to the new one.

If you choose to Edit your password, enter your current password and click 'Save'.
