How to Add Your Loyalty Number to ADP

Once you have your Discount/Loyalty Card Number, add it by following the below instructions. 

Updates to the Kroger database are made monthly, so it may take up to 1 month for the discount to be live.

Mobile Access:

Download the ADP app and login to your account. Click on the circle in the upper left hand corner to open the sidebar. Click on "Profile."

Scroll down on your profile until you see the "Company Property" section. Click to open that section. 

Use the "Property Type" dropdown to select "Loyalty Card #". Then scroll down to enter "Date Issued" (you can add today's date). Next add your Loyalty Card Number (which you should have set up previously) in the "Asset ID" box and then click "Save."

Desktop Access:

To update your personal information, Login to ADP (https://workforcenow.adp.com) and click on "Myself" > "My Information" > "Profile"

Locate the "Company Property" box on the right side of the page. Click "Add."

Use the "Property Type" dropdown to select "Loyalty Card #". Next add your Loyalty Card Number (which you should have set up previously) in the "Asset ID" box and then click "Save."
