I. How do I know my discount has been applied? Your discount can be viewed in your order summary.
The above shows the 45% discount for an order of 3 meals at 2 servings, resulting in a $24.27 discount.
Please note the discount does not apply to shipping.
II. How do I skip a week's delivery?
In your Delivery Calendar, you can select the week you want to remove from your schedule on the left.
The week's menu options will appear on the right -- scroll to the bottom of the selections to skip.
Once you've successfully skipped, the green circle on your calendar will be replaced with an :
III. How do I deactivate my account?
To deactivate your account, go to the Account Information section under the Account tab and scroll down to Delivery Details. At the bottom of that section in red, you’ll see ‘Pause Your Account’
From there, you'll be prompted with three options:
Be sure to click ‘Continue to Pause’ on the right to deactivate your account entirely. Pausing your account is an effective deactivation. We call it ‘Pausing’ so that customers know they can log back in and reactivate their account if they decide to start up again. If you choose not to log back in and unpause, your account is closed indefinitely.
