How to Find/Create Your Employee Loyalty Number

Our parent company, Kroger, extends an employee discount to us for below, eligible items:

If you do not have an Employee Discount/Loyalty Number, there are two ways to get one: 

1. In Person: Go to your local Kroger/Ralphs/Mariano/Harris Teeter’s store and speak to Customer Service there. Ask any cashier or the customer service desk for a Plus Card application. The short application asks for your name, address and phone number. Once you fill it out and hand it back into the cashier, you can use your Plus Card right away. You can find your 12-digit card number on the back of the card.
   
   

If you got a card in store previously, but cannot locate the physical card (and don’t already have an online account), please call 800-576-4377. Option 4 for questions about digital accounts. Option 3 for questions about digital account. The customer service team there will be able to help you locate your Loyalty Card Number.

2. Register online: If you register online, you will NOT receive a physical card to scan at checkout. Rather, you would need to enter your phone number every time you checkout. (If you would rather have a physical card to scan, you will need to get one in person from your local Kroger/Ralphs/Mariano/Harris Teeter’s store.)

Click "Sign In" on the right hand side of the page and then click "Create Account."

Enter your "First Name," "Last Name," and "Email Address." Create a unique "Password."

If you have a physical card, enter the Card Number. If you do not have a physical card, enter an "Alt ID." It’s recommended it be your phone number, so it’s easy to remember and unique to you, but you can choose any 10-digit number. 

Review all your personal data. When it is all correct, click "Create Account."

Once you have your Loyalty Card Number, you then need to add it to ADP.
