If you've submitted a time off request that has already been approved that you want to cancel, please Submit a Ticket with the date of the PTO request you wish to cancel.
If you've submitted a time off request that has NOT already been approved that you want to cancel, follow the steps below:
Mobile Access
Download and sign into the UKG/Kronos App. Click on the menu, the three lines in the top left corner, then on "My Time".
Next click on the "Time Off" drop down and click on "History".
The Time Off History page will show your current and past time off requests, find the request you would like to cancel and click the trash can icon.
A pop-up will appear, click "Delete" to confirm the cancellation of your Time Off request.
Desktop Access
Under "Time Off" click on "History".
This page will show your current and past time off requests, find the request you would like to cancel and click the trash can icon.
A pop-up will appear, click "Delete" to confirm the cancellation of your Time Off request.
If you have additional questions about deleting a time off request, please Submit a Ticket.
