How to Read Your Pay on Your Time Card in UKG/Kronos

Modified on Thu, 12 Oct, 2023 at 3:45 PM

Desktop Access

Visit UKG/Kronos (https://secure3.entertimeonline.com/ta/6147778.login?rnd=AOQ&%40rtm=1). Once you login, you will be taken to your current timesheet. If you would like to view prior weeks, you can scroll by selecting the arrows next to the pay week dates.

On this page, you will see a number that reflects the "Raw Total" and the "Calc Total"

  • These hours reflect the total hours entered into the timesheet (note that some of these hours may be unpaid)

In the timesheet above, you can see that there are 4 days with unpaid time. Even though you didn't work on those days, the system inputs 8 hours on unpaid time to be deducted. EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS 8 HOURS ON THE TIME SHEET FOR EACH UNPAID DAY, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID FOR THAT TIME.

To understand what to expect on your pay stub, please navigate to the "Calc Summary" tab.

Here you will see a breakdown of your paid time also known as "Regular" hours (for this example it is 21.25 hours).

This tab will also show what overtime/holiday pay you will be paid out for:
