How to Update Your Taxes

Mobile Access:

To update your taxes download the ADP app and login to your account. Click on "Pay" under the "Recommended" section. 

If the "Pay" section is not recommended on your home page, you can also access this section by clicking "More" on the bottom right

Scroll down to see the "Tax Withholding" section. Click on "Edit withholding" to make changes. 

Before you are able to update your taxes, you will have to enter a security code. ADP can either email or text you a code. Select how you want to receive the code and then enter it into the app and click "Submit Code." You will then be able to update your taxes.

Click on "Let's Begin" to start the tax update process. Once you've made your changes, the final page will show your updated W4 Form, scroll to the bottom and click "Done."

Desktop Access

To update your taxes, Login to ADP (https://workforcenow.adp.com) and click on "Myself" > "Pay" > "Tax Withholdings"

Once you are on the Tax Withholdings page, click "Edit" to change your Federal or State W-4.

The Tax Withholding information will appear on the right side of the screen

Click "Next" and follow the prompts on the Tax Withholding screen to update your information.

Once you've made your changes, the final page will show your updated W4 Form, scroll to the bottom and click "Done"
