How to Access Your 1095-C Document

Mobile App Access:

To access your 1095-C download the ADP app and login to your account. Click on "Pay" under the "Recommended" section.

If the "Pay" section is not recommended on your home page, you can also access this section by clicking "More" on the bottom right

Scroll down to see the "Tax Statements" section. You can click on "View all statements" to see previous years.
Click on "View Statement" to see the details of the 1095-C.

Desktop Access:

To access your 1095-C Login to ADP (https://workforcenow.adp.com) and click on "Myself" > "Pay" > "Pay & Tax Statements"

On the right side of the screen, you are able to view current and previous 1095-C. You can change the year using the "Tax year" dropdown.

Click on "View Statement" to see the details of the 1095-C.
