What is a W-4?

A W-4 is a form the employee fills out upon hire to let the employer (Home Chef) know how much to withhold from their paychecks. To learn how to update your Federal or State W-4 click here.


What is a W-2?

A W-2 is a form the employer (Home Chef) fills out each tax year to record how much an employee was paid and how much tax was withheld. To learn how to view your W-2 click here.


What is a 1095-C?

A 1095-C is a form that shows information about health insurance coverage offered from Home Chef to employee's. You may need to submit information from the form as part of your personal tax filing. To learn how to access your 1095-C document, click here.


How should I fill out my tax statements?

Home Chef cannot advise you on your individual elections. Please be sure to read all the instructions on your Federal and State tax forms when submitting your elections
